A full time job... No sick leave

I'm a mother.

I just made a bottle for the bed hopper Lerato!!! He wakes up at night from his bed, comes to our bedroom and demands his bottle...

I was fetching wipes from the other bedroom, where we were chilling in the day, on my way back I realize diapers are finished were they are stored on Aeon's bed. Rushed back as he was crying. Then I head the bed hopper crying, saying he wants mama!!!! Ran to the kitchen to make the bottle, thinking I will catch him in his bed and calm him back to sleep. I went to his bed he was not there, went to check the nanny's bed, not there!!!!!

He moved my dear husband, who was trying to calm Aeon... In his sleep.

I give the bed hopper his bottle, while I change Aeon. He drink and finish it, almost.

Then sticks out his little hand and says "My tummy is tired!"

My night, My morning... My world.

Xibelani

You made it!!!
My name is Mrs Mammita Mapule Nyeleti Shilubane.

On the 4th November 2012, I was received by the family(my in-laws) as their makoti. It was a beautiful event, that I had predicted years ago.

I dance!!!!!!!

As dancing is a form of mediation, for me.
There was calmness and stillness in me, as I took the dance floor with women who were born! Wearing #Xibelani.
I was over the moon, as I had been dreaming of the day since I met my husband, so I was insanely happy!!!!!!!!!

The whole outfit!!!!!!!!!
Was put together by my husband, except for my Ayala Bar earrings, the matching necklace and my Vans.

As a make-up lover, looking natural is my drive in every look I create… Unless stated otherwise.
On this day I was pretty clean #nofilter. All I had was my Clinique Precious Posy Blush and Extended Eyelashes. My skin was glowing and my eyes twinkling with stars, pretty as picture.

I felt beautiful, beautiful from within…. The beauty of wearing ones traditional attire, were girls are separated from women by how they dress traditionally. The beauty of consciously giving in to another culture, learning its ways, its customs and learning to dance the traditional Xibelani dance in honor of his name.

In that day I became a woman
I became a woman whom someone calls his wife. This kind of beauty cannot be seen, it can only be felt. And when it’s felt, it radiates on your skin and your aura.

Two days before the ceremony, I had a Babor Ampoule Crash Facial were they used 3 Babor Direct Beauty Fluids in the facial. The fluids are an instant beautifier which lends tired skin a fresh and radiant appearance within minutes. Although I slept late the day before the event and woke up early on the day, I had a glowing beautiful skin.
Beauty is not always how you look, its also how you feel inside and it reflects on the outside. On that day I reflected my love for myself, my love for the man that was marrying me, and my love for natural beauty….

Thats me, gulping down the bottle of water down. It was hot and I was up since 04:00 and did not have breakfast.

The Mrs

Being a Mrs, you gotta love it first and the man who made you the Mrs. I mean there is no point in being the Mrs. Unless you did it for the money, or cultural reasons which I respect and will chat about them later.

When I wake up in the morning, I jump, on days that I feel its beauty embracing me at dawn. I rush to look good, make sure my Mr looks good and Im off to work.

Now, looking good has a lot of layers.
The list is long....

You gotta know yourself, your body type, bra size, the style that suit not only your personality but your body too, the right shoes for your feet, the difference between a manicure and nail enhancement. Educate yourself, there is nothing as a turn off than a Mrs who is not in the moment, who knows her being.

A Mrs must carry her status with pride, walk with it, carry it, use it and love it. Now all this wont go well if at home you left a unsatisfied Mr. Keep your Mr happy, he is yours, I mean yours if you know what I mean... Enjoy him.
